Facilities Schedule and Maintenance Requests

My School Building

Use this site to submit work order requests as well as to reserve rooms in the buildings. This site is for staff to use are requires a log-in to view and submit requests. Once requests are submitted they will be reviewed and assigned as needed.

Creating an Account

If you need to create an account, toggle the “Register Here” arrow and fill in the fields to create an account. Please use an @sau47.org address and this account number 978910019 to register.

Submitting a Maintenance Request

Please fill out the form to the best of your ability, the clearer information there the easier it will be to address the problem. On Step 2, please select in the Area drop down the type of the area your referencing. (i.e., for the RMS Music Room please choose Music room, for a CHS math room select Classroom, etc…) The submittal password is SAU47.

Submitting a Schedule Request

Please use the “Check Availability” buttons in the first section before submitting your request to avoid scheduling conflicts. In the Setup Requirements section, please select the event needs as well as adding a detailed description.

Community Use Calendar

Use this site to see all scheduled events across the district and submit reservations for organizations other than the School District. This site can be used by anyone and requires a log-in to submit requests; there is no log-in to view the calendar however.

Submitting a Facility Use Request

In order to submit a Facility Use Request use the same account information to log-in as to My School Building. If you do not have a SchoolDude account you can create one here as well. It will not ask for an account number, but it will ask for the organization you are a part of.
